A little natural scenic description of Srinagar

Srinagar, also famously known as The Paradise of Earth, is located near the banks of River Jhelum in the valleys of Jammu and Kashmir. This city is renowned for beautiful lakes, magnificent picturesque, houseboats sailing in the lakes with some of the most eye-pleasing Mughal gardens to accompany. Srinagar is also known as “The Venice of the East”.

Walking around the arc of green mountains and sitting beside the mesmerising placid Dal lake is more than a holiday experience. Watching the bright array of Shikaras float around the lake while people sell various fresh flowers and vegetable while the lake is covered in half mist is a heavenly picturesque that one must experience at least once in their life.
